6. Leasing Disclaimer

An introduction fee will be charged in relation to any exchange of contracts arising as a consequence of, or resulting from, an introduction by or through BDG Sparkes Porter LLP, whether direct or indirect, within 6 months from the date of BDG Sparkes Porter LLP’s  introduction.  The introduction fee will be 10% (excluding VAT) of the first years rent (ignoring rent free periods or any other tenant incentives) and payable within 30 days of the date of completion of the transaction.

7. Quality Commission and Agency Fees

We shall be entitled to retain for our own benefit any agency fee or other commission paid or allowed by any third party.
