MIPIM, the world’s leading real estate event for property professionals is upon us and what better place to have it than at Le Palais des Festivals in Cannes?

It is dubbed as ‘the world’s property market, bringing together the most influential players from all property sectors , offering unrivalled access to the greatest number of development projects and sources of capital in the world.’

This year sees almost 20,000m² of exhibition space, 1,850 exhibiting companies, 1,650 CEOs and Chairmen, 4,300 investors and 415 journalists who are all looking to do business, meet clients, uncover the biggest scoop of the week and land the next big deal.

In recent years, we have hosted a number of lunches for clients and guests which gave us the opportunity to discuss matters at hand as well as thoughts and ideas for the future and we can certainly understand how and why business gets done in what appears to be a very relaxed environment.

For us, whilst MIPIM is great fun, the purpose is to cement old and make new and interesting prospective relationships that will be nurtured and developed for many years to come.
